- Deliver products to customers within the designated Quincy area in a timely and professional manner
- Navigate routes using maps and GPS navigation applications to locate addresses accurately
- Safely operate a vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Handle packages with care and ensure they arrive in excellent condition
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings and challenging locations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues
- Conduct vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Work independently while remaining organized and detail-oriented throughout your shift
