This role supports PRS customers by managing sales orders, responding to queries, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across Finance, Operations, Planning, and international teams to retain customers and maintain high satisfaction across ANZ.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage customer email/phone queries and online portal issues
- Monitor order inbox; raise sales orders, proformas, credits/debits
- Follow up overdue payments and process credit card transactions
- Provide stock-on-hand and sales history reports
- Liaise with couriers for ETAs and PODs
- Assist with new product development and customer/store visits
- Raise production orders; allocate stock on container arrival
- Support and train staff; manage stationery and archive documents
- Maintain sample room and perform additional duties as required
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Customer service, data entry or reception experience preferred
- 2+ years in sales/customer service advantageous
- SAP and MS Office skills desirable
- Strong accuracy, communication, troubleshooting, and planning
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
