Increase and secure sales for customers in the assigned sales territory (primarily Southern Germany and Switzerland, with additional coverage of Western Austria and Northern Italy,)
Generate business opportunities and manage relationships by controlling the sales process using tools such as Salesforce and Show pad to manage opportunities, activities, and customer interactions
Ensure strong customer loyalty through proactive virtual interactions and on-site visits as needed
Takeover of customers from the Business Development team
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal processes
