As an Application Support Agent, you will:
- Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users (by e-mail, phone, or face to face); provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions.
- Keep end-user informed on request status and progress.
- Participate in meetings with the client and development team in order to define their needs for the evaluation process.
- Provide trainings to users when required.
- Improve documentation/manual for training/shared knowledge.
