Maintain accurate records of commercial activities involving intellectual property rights (IPRs) – including marketing promotions, merchandise sales – to support enforcement actions and litigation.
Coordinate requests from the local business teams; provide IP documentation (e.g. trademark certificates, copyright certificates, chain of titles, etc.), and maintain good records.
Maintain databases for litigation/case files, trademark portfolios, evidence of use for IP in daily commercial activities, and the portfolio of authorized online stores.
Support the online monitoring and enforcement program coordinate with the local creative team to obtain authentication results.
Conduct research and analysis on specific legal issues, including online research to locate materials required for trademark prosecution matters.
Other ad hoc tasks/responsibilities that as assigned by the China legal team.
