Experience in Workday Report Development (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT)
Solid understanding of Business Process Framework (BPF)
Working knowledge of Workday security roles and profiles
Exposure to HCM modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting/ATS, LMS, and Employee Management
Familiarity with integration concepts (XML, XSLT, web services, APIs)
Experience working with ITSM tools/processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Shift time 12pm-9 pm ist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules including Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, and BIRT/Reporting.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday HCM functional solutions.
Ensure Workday HCM configurations align with business processes and organizational objectives.
Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM, especially Talent and Performance modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation such as design documents, test scripts, and user guides.
Ensure Workday HCM solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay current with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices.
Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
Support and participate in Agile project delivery and sprint activities.
