Proven experience in 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
Experience in multi-country AX/D365 rollouts
Strong understanding of inventory configuration, production processes, and warehouse management
Knowledge of GAAP and taxation frameworks.
Experience in functional documentation (FRD, FDD, Gap Analysis)
Ability to design and execute end-to-end test scenarios
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in global/international project environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 / AX SCM modules across business units
Configure and support key modules including: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Production Control, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Project Costing
Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live
Manage and support multi-country rollouts and localization requirements
Provide recommendations on SCM best practices and process improvements
Prepare and maintain: Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Gap analysis documents, Test cases and business scenarios, Training materials and user guides
Conduct user training sessions and support adoption across business teams
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery
Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and support tax-related configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines
Participate in client discussions and provide expert functional consulting support
