Your responsibilities
The Server's priorities and responsibilities are to exceed our guests' expectations by providing the highest level of consistent hospitiality, professional, and courteous service.
- Prepare a wide variety of coffees/teas/smoothies for both to-go and seated guests
- Provide exemplary service to all guests by applying knowledge of the food and beverage menus by engaging with guests at every opportunity
- Properly execute all steps of food and beverage counter and table service
- Maintain POS cash controls per company guidelines (cash, credit cards, discounts, complimentary items, etc….)
- Ensure all standards are exceeded within the operations, including guest welcome, orders, delivery of food and beverage, and clearing tables
- Follow all daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- Perform inventory counts as required or assigned by the supervisor
- Respond positively to any guest's requests
- Execute daily pre- and post-shift checklists in a timely manner
- Prepare all menu items as designed by the menu, including presentation at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor station and stock with appropriate inventory and supplies as needed
- Manage and stock inventory of kitchen ingredients, food items, and supplies
- Label food items and store them in the correct place according to plans
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Wash dishes / take trash out
