We're looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team in Pennington, NJ. Reporting to the Director of Culinary Services, you'll be instrumental in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests and community members. Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes following established recipes and menu specifications
- Accommodate special dietary needs by preparing texture-modified foods and customized meals as directed
- Maintain strict compliance with all food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and sanitation standards
- Monitor and document accurate hot and cold food temperatures, refrigerator, and freezer logs to ensure regulatory compliance
- Organize and manage food preparation, storage, and handling procedures to meet all food service policies and requirements
- Receive, rotate, and maintain accurate inventory records of food products and supplies
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound judgment in addressing kitchen challenges and operational issues
