Schedule: We are looking for Wellness Nurses (LPN) for:
- A part-time position for the 3pm-11pm shift with rotating weekends and Holidays.
- A Per-diem position for all shifts with availability on weekends and Holidays.
Salary Range: $35.00 - $36.65 hourly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- This position requires Assisted Living and Memory Care experience.
- Complies with current state regulations and community policies
- Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residents
- Assisting in training and monitoring of medication administration
- Maintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standards
- Promote the highest degree of service to our residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company
- Conduct thorough resident assessments
