Job Description: We are currently seeking an accomplished Business Development Specialist who will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for e-commerce partnerships, namely for negotiating commercial terms, assessing operational issues, and clarifying questions.
- Prospecting new partnerships within this model and continuously assessing improvement opportunities.
- Assessing the credit situation, namely (i) evaluating the current account; (ii) identifying inconsistencies; (iii) providing information and/or support.
- Producing performance reports.
- Streamlining/managing operational or commercial issues among the various stakeholders.
- Supporting the Marketplace Country Coordinator in local planning and in the coordination of various actions, which may include topics such as the commercial plan, supply chain, payment processes, customer experience, and customer service.
- Participating/representing in discussions in global forums.
- Contributing to improving internal communication related to the marketplace with key stakeholders across different teams – Stores, Sales, and headquarters.
- Leading the assessment and monitoring of specific marketplace programs, ensuring alignment between teams, including tracking needs, training, and clarification of questions.
- Assessing and ensuring the implementation of the commercial plan, campaigns, product activation activities, and social media communication. This includes ensuring advance preparation and alignment between teams, as well as identifying business opportunities. Supporting the definition of the channel’s commercial plan, timeline, required resources, and deliverables.
- Promoting continuous alignment with Sales and Store teams.
- Producing analyses to monitor and track key marketplace KPIs, as well as to support the preparation of steering meetings.
- Maintaining documentation and support materials for internal teams.
- Monitoring service levels and the quality of providers/processes, and gathering feedback from local teams, with support from the Country Coordinator.
- Promoting continuous alignment with internal teams regarding reported data.
