Key Responsibilities:
Should have expert experience in any one of below modules:
• Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned
• Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches
• Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue
• Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions
• Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module
• Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required
• Provide standby or back-up support whenever required
• Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
