Mission: Support the commercial organization by transforming sales data into actionable insight, helping steer the salesforce, identify opportunities and performance gaps, and build efficient processes that improve execution and drive profitable growth.
Main Responsabilities:
- Identify sales opportunities, trends, and performance gaps across customers, territories, and product categories and drive actionable plans with the salesforce to capture growth.
- Support the development and optimization of commercial processes and reporting routines to improve efficiency.
- Influence sales strategy by delivering high-impact, data-driven insights and recommendations ins sales meetings and business reviews.
- Investigate and solve issues related to sales data, reporting, and analysis.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to executive strategic actions and improve commercial execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Produce reports and dashboards to support salesforce steering and decision-making.
