**Quality Assurance Executive/Specialist - Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise in-store QA activities, ensuring compliance with METRO standards and local regulations; conduct statistical reporting and analysis to improve compliance performance
- Implement and strengthen FSSC 22000, Halal, and METRO Corporate Standards; act as Food Safety Team Leader
- Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met through coordination with relevant stakeholders, authority agencies, and internal departments
- Coordinate training programmes on food safety, quality, and legality aspects across the organisation
- Establish and maintain SOPs/WIs aligned with company standards and national regulations, including product monitoring and labelling systems
- Handle customer complaints, quality incidents, and crisis management, including product recalls and returns
- Develop and implement document and data control systems
- Reduce quality-related losses through collaboration with operations and QA teams to identify improvement opportunities
