About the role
Your Responsibilities:
Own the full lifecycle of developer productivity and quality tools (e.g., GitHub/GitLab, Artifactory/Nexus, SonarQube, LambdaTest, Pact)
Being involved in vendor management, licensing, renewals, and cost optimization
Monitor adoption and performance through KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement in developer experience
Coordinate integration into enterprise workflows, identity systems, and security controls.
Facilitate structured feedback loops, evaluate new capabilities, and contribute to roadmap decisions.
Ensure compliance with governance, audit, licensing, data protection, and security policies .
Support incident and problem management for the managed tools in collaboration with engineering teams.
