Mission
Implement improvements to the CRM processes and strategy, propose methods to acquire & retain customers and participate in growth campaigns.
Responsabilities:
- CRM strategy definition integrated into the company strategy;
- Analyzing data to inform and drive business development and campaigns;
- Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns;
- Acting as a liaison between the IT/BI and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns;
- Partnering with different stakeholders (Sales Force/ Digital/Commercial MKT, Loyalty/Stores/External Markets & TeleSales) to keep them informed about upcoming customer management initiatives;
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy;
- Working with IT to manage CRM systems and data warehousing;
- Main responsible for Customer lifecycle management.
