We are looking for an experienced leader to take over a sales force team and establish a stable, disciplined, and performance-driven way of working.
This role is for you if you believe that strong results don’t happen by chance, but through clear rules, accountability, and consistent leadership.
You will take ownership of the sales team, being responsible for team organization, people development, and delivering commercial results. Your focus will be to build a clear and structured way of working where goals are understood, expectations are defined, and performance is measurable and consistent.
What Will You Do? 🚀
- Lead and organize the work of field sales representatives,
- define, monitor, and analyze KPIs at both team and individual levels,
- regularly track performance through reports, field visits, and 1:1 meetings,
- manage team schedules, resources, and operational planning,
- ensure proper use of systems and tools in daily work,
- collaborate with logistics, procurement, finance, and other departments as needed,
- participate in negotiations with key customers and support portfolio development,
- monitor and improve customer performance (sales, profit, margin, frequency, potential),
- analyze market trends and competition and propose commercial actions,
- lead customer selection and contribute to defining customer portfolios,
- manage performance evaluations and team development through coaching and feedback,
- support planning and execution of campaigns and commercial activities in the field,
- oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments,
- manage and monitor the use of company vehicles, equipment, and work tools,
- contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency.
