The successful candidate will manage executive-level administrative responsibilities, coordinate department-wide organizational activities, and act as a key point of contact between the SVP and both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the SVP’s schedule, meetings, travel, communications, and meeting minutes
- Track and ensure follow-ups on key actions and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between the SVP and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks for the GQA department.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial planning for the department
- Handle invoice processing for suppliers, authorities, and service providers.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents for senior leadership
- Organize departmental events including summits, workshops, and team gatherings.
- Keep GQA pages on United and SharePoint up to date and well-maintained.
- Support internal communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
