As (Demi) Chef de Partie, you’ll oversee your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency in preparation, presentation and quality. You’ll guide your colleagues, uphold hygiene standards and contribute to a smooth and inspiring kitchen environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations within your kitchen section.
• Training team members in product knowledge, preparation and presentation.
• Following recipes while maintaining waste and breakage control.
• Ensuring all stations are clean, organised and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
