As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will shape and lead the commercial strategy for NH Collection Sydney, driving revenue growth, market share and brand prominence across all key segments. Partnering closely with the General Manager and regional commercial teams, you will play a critical role in positioning NH Collection as a leading luxury hotel in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the hotel’s sales and marketing performance, balancing global brand alignment with agile, market-responsive execution.
You will lead the commercial agenda across corporate, leisure, MICE and group business, working in close partnership with Revenue Management, Brand, Marketing and Distribution teams.
