We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our luxury island resort. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for high-end cuisine, and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a remote, world-class destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations across outlets
- Design and execute innovative, high-quality menus aligned with brand standards
- Maintain strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Control food costs, budgeting, and inventory management
- Train, mentor, and develop the culinary team
- Ensure consistency and excellence in presentation and service
- Collaborate with management on guest experience and special events
Requirements
- Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in international cuisine; fine dining experience preferred
- Solid understanding of cost control and kitchen financials
- Ability to work in a remote island environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
