We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining operations within our luxury island resort. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary and service experiences, managing multiple outlets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events
- Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest dining experiences
- Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to maintain high performance and engagement
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, promotions, and seasonal offerings
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue across all outlets
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Handle guest feedback and implement service recovery where needed
- Drive upselling strategies and innovative dining concepts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations
