Your role in the journey

As Desk Manager, you’ll lead the Front Office team during your shift, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service. You’ll be the go-to person for both guests and team members, creating a warm and professional atmosphere in our lobby.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting the Front Office team during your shift.
• Training and mentoring new team members and interns.
• Ensuring smooth communication with other departments.
• Handling administrative and financial tasks related to the shift.
• Performing all standard Front Office duties, including check-ins and check-outs in line with LQA standards.
• Managing guest inquiries, phone calls and emails with professionalism and care.
• Creating a welcoming environment for our international guests and ensuring every stay is memorable.
