- Assist in the safe navigation and operation of marine vessels under the guidance of the Boat Skipper.
- Execute deck duties, including mooring, anchoring, and cargo handling, in adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to perform routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the vessels are in optimal condition.
- Report any issues or required repairs promptly to the designated personnel.
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures, protocols, and guidelines to ensure a secure maritime environment.
- Participate in regular safety drills and be prepared to respond to emergencies.
- Assist guests during embarkation and disembarkation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
