For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead front office operations and deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences in line with the hotel’s luxury positioning.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows, high service standards and strong guest satisfaction
- Take full accountability for service quality, guest experience and departmental performance, including VIP arrivals and special requests
- Recruit, train, motivate and develop the Front Office team, ensuring strong product knowledge, system expertise and consistent service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all Front Office SOPs, continuously reviewing and improving procedures and best practices
- Prepare and manage the Front Office budget, including payroll and cost control, supporting overall hotel profitability
- Drive upselling initiatives and promotional programmes in alignment with the hotel’s commercial strategy
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Finance, Sales and other departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest journey
