Minor Hotels Australasia is currently undertaking a large-scale Workday implementation and is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support PMO activities, testing cycles, and integrations across the program.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will play a key part in keeping project activities on track, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned, and supporting delivery through to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities across testing, integrations, and PMO support to ensure key milestones are achieved
- Manage schedules, meetings, and stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, vendors, and implementation partners
- Oversee testing cycles, including planning, progress tracking, defect resolution, and status reporting
- Support integration and data activities by tracking dependencies, liaising with vendors, and maintaining visibility of progress
- Assist with go-live readiness, including coordinating activities and tracking issues through to resolution
This is a part-time fixed term position (0.8 FTE) with an end date of 30th September 2026.
