Cluster Director of Revenue is a highly experienced, passionate, and diplomatic Revenue Leader who is an accelerant in driving performance for the Minor hotels in Sri Lanka. The role will partner daily with key stakeholders to maximise revenue, market share and Total Hotel Profitability for hotels in his/her area of responsibility. This will be achieved through leadership with a bias for action in identifying actionable insights to drive business strategies and tactics through high-performing people, best practices, and leading technology.
