- Welcome and escort guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in experience
- Provide personalized service and act as a dedicated host for assigned villas
- Build strong relationships with guests, understanding preferences and expectations
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently
- Act as the primary liaison for Russian-speaking guests
- Translate and communicate guest needs accurately to internal departments
- Assist in preparing guest communications, itineraries, and welcome notes in Russian
- Proactively suggest activities, dining options, and experiences
- Handle special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons) with attention to detail
- Conduct villa orientations and explain resort facilities
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Excursions to fulfill guest requests
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
- Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and preferences in the system
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on all guest issues
