As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Japanese restaurant, ensuring smooth service flow and consistently high standards of guest experience in line with brand expectations. You will supervise, train, and support the team, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and attention to detail at all times. You will assist in driving revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement, while maintaining strong communication between Front of House and Kitchen teams. This role also involves ensuring hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed, as well as supporting staff development to deliver an authentic, refined, and memorable dining experience.
