To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by developing and implementing the Wellness strategy and supporting the team in all wellness related responsibilities and requirements.
- Assist the Aesthetic Doctor in performing medical aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser treatments, and other approved services.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure all procedures are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care for guests, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear aftercare instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards in all clinical areas.
- Monitor and record guest medical histories, treatment details, and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and organise clinical supplies, perform stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing treatment records, preparing reports, and coordinating guest communications.
- Assist in organising and documenting team training, ensuring staff competency and compliance with protocols.
- Coordinate between the aesthetic team and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest flow and accurate information sharing.
- Support marketing and promotional activities by preparing materials, assisting with photoshoots, and providing treatment knowledge when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, medical regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects assigned by the Wellness Director or Aesthetic Doctor to support the success of the department and business objectives.
