- Collaborative Approach: Join an incredible multi-disciplinary team, including OTs, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Tailored Assessments: Combine standardised and non-standardised assessments tailored to each participant’s unique needs.
- Work close to home: Our main office hub is in Marochydore where you will attend MDT meetings & training sessions. The rest of your time is working from home. Caseloads are allocated within 30 mins or so from your home suburb.
- Want Part or full time: Sure! we can consider a minimum of 2 x days or more - no weekend work.
Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
- Supporting participants across settings—home, school, clinic (Maroochydore office), telehealth and the broader community.
- Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
- Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
- Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
- Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists).
- Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.
