As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to support participants across the Taree region, covering Wingham, Old Bar, Tinonee, Cundletown, Harrington, Forster–Tuncurry depending on where you’re based - work close to home!
As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.
- Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
- Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals
- Support the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians.
