Administer and manage SaaS productivity tools (Adobe, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, and others) to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as an escalation point for complex end-user application issues from Service Desk and Field Services.
- Oversee automation and integration management to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team to ensure licensing compliance, optimize costs, and monitor usage and adoption metrics.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and end-user documentation to improve self-service capabilities and reduce escalations.
- Validate product updates and new features prior to rollout, partnering with Endpoint Management and End User Experience teams on deployments and integration efforts.
- Engage with vendors for issue resolution, roadmap alignment, and contract and licensing optimization.
