What Your Impact Will Be:

Own item-level forecasts and monthly shipment plans aligned to consumer demand and business constraints
Build and refine forecasting models using POS trends, seasonality, promotions, and product history
Drive forecast accuracy: measure performance, identify root causes, and implement improvements
Lead forecasting discussions in Amazon Joint Business Planning meetings; present insights and action plans
Partner with Sales and Amazon teams on in-season execution, promotions, and order decisions (chase/cancel)
Manage replenishment and PO flow; recommend domestic and import orders
Monitor and improve key metrics (in-stock, weeks of cover, fill rate)
Act as liaison across customer service, supply planning, and allocation teams
Deliver clear, actionable analytics to support business decisions
