Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for functional and automated testing across global supply chain projects (ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, quality management).
Translate business requirements into functional test scenarios and automated test scripts; ensure traceability to requirements.
Develop and maintain a robust automation framework (UI, API, data validation, integration points) aligned with Mattel’s technology landscape.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, UAT scope, and business process validation.
Balance hands-on execution (designing and running tests) with leadership responsibilities (mentoring, coordinating testers, managing offshore/onsite resources).
Collaborate with environment and data teams to ensure test readiness: appropriate environments, data sets, and automation pipelines.
Manage defect lifecycle: logging, prioritization, root cause analysis, retesting, and closure.
Drive continuous integration / continuous testing practices, working closely with DevOps and release teams.
Provide reporting on test execution, automation coverage, defects, and readiness metrics to leadership.
Promote best practices in test automation: code reusability, modularization, maintainability, and performance validation.
Ensure compliance with audit, controls, and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing and toy safety.
