Job Description/Position Title: IT Project Manager, PMO Transformation Office

Reports To: IT Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the enterprise PMO strategy and operating model aligned to business goals in alignment with the Global GTO PMO Office.
- Act as a change agent, championing project and portfolio discipline while promoting agility and innovation.
- Lead a team of program and project managers to deliver strategic initiatives on time, on budget, and on Business Value.
Portfolio & Program Management
- Oversee intake, planning, execution, and tracking of programs and large-scale initiatives.
- Manage enterprise-wide project portfolio ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and resource capacity.
- Implement value realization practices to track benefits, ROI, and business impact.
Governance & Standards
- Establish and enforce project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.
- Own executive-level portfolio reporting and provide insights to senior leadership for Local PMO delivery, mapping up to Global delivery, metrics, standards.
- Ensure risk management, financial tracking, and milestone governance across the portfolio.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive sponsors and stakeholders on delivery health and tradeoffs.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Finance, HR, and Business Units.
- Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and partner in AOP planning and investment prioritization.
Team Development & Leadership
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of PMO professionals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, business value orientation, and performance excellence.
- Champion learning, development, and career growth for PMO team members.
