The Customer Fulfillment Intern supports service level tracking, order management processes, and inventory control activities across Andina markets (Chile, Peru & Colombia).
This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, monitoring key service KPIs such as Fill Rate, and supporting the purchase order flow in coordination with Logistics and cross-functional teams. The intern contributes to maintaining high service performance and reliable system information in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What Your Impact Will Be
- Support the measurement and tracking of Fill Rate, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Assist in the purchase order flow, including order tracking
- Extract, consolidate, and validate data from internal systems to support service level analysis
- Monitor basic service and operational KPIs (Fill Rate, backorders, order status)
- Support inventory control activities, including identification of potential shortages or discrepancies
- Update and maintain master data, reports, and system information
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for service and operational tracking
- Contribute to data accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives
