Experience Range : 3-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance ServiceNow ITOM capabilities across the organization
- Configure and run Discovery schedules, normalize and reconcile CI data
- Maintain and improve CMDB accuracy and maturity
- Build and support Service Mapping for end-to-end business services
- Configure Event Management rules, alert correlations, and anomaly detection
- Integrate CMDB with third-party systems and monitoring tools
- Collaborate with Network, Server, Cloud, and Endpoint teams
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management
- Knowledge of networking, server environments, cloud, and monitoring tools
- Experience with MID Server, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer
Certification (any one mandatory):
- CIS – Discovery
- CIS – Service Mapping
- CIS – Event Management
- CIS – Cloud Provisioning & Governance
