Job Description
This is a marketing position responsible for working in partnership with Sales, Marketing and cross-company teams to develop and execute “go to market” projects and strategies that will drive profitable growth and increase market share by integrating MasterBrand products, programs and services with appropriate customer segments in the Dealer and Home Center channels.
Organizational Relationship
This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager
Accountabilities
- Plan and organize product launch activities, including brochure development, order form updates, display management, POG updates for key marketing selling tools.
- Liaison with training and sales teams for program development and coordination for product launch activity
- Trade shows and events coordination for all channels
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop brand, merchandising and promotion plans
- Manage all aspects of communications for Dealer and Home Center channels, including Connect and Home Center communications
- Serve as primary liaison between Sales reps and Marketing
- Collaborating with Sales leads to develop and manage merchandising projections
- Manager Dealer incentive program (spiff)
- Responsible for setting up National Promotions.
- Ad hoc sales requests (i.e. sell sheet development, customer level requests)
- Spec book updates for insert pages (designer bio’s)
- Coordinate and order all sample material requirements related to resets and product launches – Dealer and Home Center
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and fulfillment programs for Canada – Dealer and Home Center channels.
- Liaison with Training and Sales team for training program development and product launch training sessions
- Provide appropriate specifications to the marketing team for merchandising tools (displays, samples, literature, etc).

- Ability to travel as required (primarily Canada). Estimated travel currently anticipated for this position is ~10%.
