We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team in contributing to the development and implementation of region-wide compensation strategies, practices and processes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and evolving compensation programs by leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decision-making. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business teams to deliver analytics, streamline processes, and support year-end and ongoing compensation cycles.
