Our Sales Operations team builds the go-to-market engine that helps connect our solutions with customer needs at scale. In this role, you will partner with senior sales leaders to solve high-priority strategic and operational challenges, improve seller productivity, and help drive revenue growth. You will lead core planning and execution processes across areas such as territory design, quota setting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while working closely with cross-functional partners including Finance, Deal Desk, Compensation, and Systems. You will also help evolve how we use automation and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and support execution across the business.
You’re a strategic and analytical problem solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and translating data into clear recommendations. You bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a passion for improving how the business operates at scale.
