Technical Services Support

As Technical Services Support, you are at the heart of our operations, connecting advanced robotic solutions with practical implementation on farms. You ensure that every installation runs smoothly, every system performs optimally, and every technician feels supported. 

In this role, you combine deep technical expertise with a strong sense of ownership for projects and people. From troubleshooting complex issues to guiding installations and improving processes, your contribution directly impacts the success of our Lely Centers and the farmers we serve. 

Your main responsibilities include: 

• Providing advanced technical support to Lely Centers and field technicians across mechanical, electrical and software domains 
• Diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, both remotely and on-site when needed 
• Coaching and mentoring technicians to strengthen technical capabilities and ensure consistency 
• Supporting installation, commissioning and optimisation of Lely robotic systems 
• Contributing to the design, planning and coordination of installations, including working with AutoCAD or similar tools 
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery
