Application Specialist

As an Application Specialist within the Digital Operations Center (DOC), you play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our digital products, such as Lely Horizon. Together with your (international) colleagues, you are responsible for solving complex technical issues while safeguarding the continuity and security of our digital solutions.

In this third-line support role, you work closely with colleagues from Product Development, regional offices, and other internal stakeholders. Your focus lies in analyzing, improving, and coordinating application-related issues, as well as structurally enhancing our services.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide third-line support for questions, incidents, and bugs related to digital products such as Lely Horizon.
• Gather data, analyze complex issues, and formulate structural solutions together with stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues from Product Development, Support, and Operations to implement improvements.
• Contribute to the development of structural monitoring and optimization processes.
• Ensure clear documentation of analyses, solutions, and improvement proposals.
• Visit Lely offices to strengthen cooperation with international colleagues.
