End-to-end payroll for ~750 employees: Independent processing including hires, terminations, employee data changes, salary changes, as well as timely review and verification of all payroll‑relevant data.
Social insurances & taxes: Responsibility for social security matters, family allowances, daily accident & sickness benefits, pension fund, and withholding tax; payroll account reconciliations as well as reportings for Accounting.
Process optimization & systems: Active contribution to the optimization and further development of payroll processes in the new payroll system Papaya.
Point of contact & compliance: Competent advisor for employees, line managers, and external stakeholders on employment and social insurance matters; support during audits, reporting, annual financial statements, and salary certificate preparation.
Teamwork & specialist support: Support to P&C Administration in complex social insurance cases and close collaboration with the Payroll Manager.
