AECOM India is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects. The role involves end-to-end coordination, client interfacing, schedule and quality oversight, and ensuring successful project execution in line with contractual and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall project coordination, including planning, design development, and delivery activities.
- Interface effectively with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and control project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality compliance.
- Coordinate and lead technical reviews, design approvals, and internal quality checks.
- Support contractual communication, progress reporting, and documentation in line with project and client requirements.
- Identify project risks and support mitigation planning in coordination with discipline leads.
- Ensure adherence to AECOM’s quality management systems, safety standards, and project governance processes.
