AECOM is seeking a Ports and Navigation Project Manager to be based in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support delivery of ports and navigation projects including dredging, beneficial use of dredged materials, feasibility studies, and coastal restoration efforts.
- Contribute to project execution from planning through design and into construction support phases.
- Perform engineering analyses, design calculations, and preparation of plans, specifications, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, environmental, and coastal engineers.
- Assist with project controls including scope, schedule, and budget tracking for assigned tasks.
- Apply standard engineering practices and established procedures to solve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Assist in preparation of proposals, technical approaches, and supporting documentation for pursuits.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and field investigations as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to ports, coastal, and marine engineering.
