This role involves the design and delivery of high-quality civil infrastructure solutions, including haul roads, pavement design, general civil earthworks, drainage systems, and culvert design.

- Act as technical lead for civil design packages, setting design direction, technical standards, and quality benchmarks
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, providing coaching and technical reviews to ensure deliverable excellence
- Integrate life-cycle cost, constructability, and sustainability considerations into every solution
- Develop performance-based pavement designs for high-stress industrial applications, applying mechanistic-empirical methods and innovative materials
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Engage confidently with clients, regulatory authorities, contractors, and community stakeholders—leading workshops, presentations, and technical negotiations.
