The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and represent a leading telecommunications brand in Europe. Your main responsibility will be handling inbound calls, while also supporting customers with policy administration, data uploads, and claims assessment of moderate complexity, always in line with company standards.
You will play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most, by supporting them when their mobile phone or device is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Language Requirements
Czech: Native level (mandatory)
English: Advanced level
Additional European language: highly desirable
Strong communication and listening skills are essential for success in this role.
