The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Regional Compensation Lead, Americas, as the Associate Director, Total Rewards, Plasma, you will be based out of either our King of Prussia, PA or Boca Raton, FL corporate offices. You will serve as a dedicated compensation partner to CSL’s Plasma organization, providing strategic, analytical, and consultative support aligned to business priorities and growth objectives. You will partner closely with Plasma business leaders, HR Partners, and the Regional Compensation Lead to design, assess, and deliver compensation solutions that support talent attraction, retention, and performance in a highly competitive, operationally complex environment. You will bring deep compensation expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready materials. You will be responsible for developing high-quality analyses, creating compelling presentations, and influencing decisions through data-driven storytelling. While not primarily a people manager, you will operate with significant autonomy and visibility, supporting key Plasma initiatives across the Americas region and in coordination with global compensation programs. You will also serve as the primary compensation partner for the Plasma business, providing strategic advice to business and HR leaders on pay strategy, job architecture, and workforce-related decisions.
This is a hybrid role, which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid
