The Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own the full funnel — strategy, experimentation, team, and performance — driving the growth of a subscription product used by people all around the world.
You'll sit at the center of growth, connecting acquisition, monetization, product, and data into one coherent, fast-moving machine. You'll manage a team of 4+ sharp PMMs and be the person who sets the direction, raises the bar, and ships results.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in Growth, Product Marketing, or CRO/Experimentation roles with real ownership
Proven track record managing large-scale budgets and leading teams
Strong experimentation expertise: A/B testing, statistical significance, building a test-and-learn culture
Deep understanding of unit economics — CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, contribution margin
Solid UX sensibility and user research experience
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
Experience with MarTech solutions and marketing automation
Hands-on experience in mobile app performance marketing — subscription products preferred
Comfortable moving fast, making decisions with imperfect data, and owning outcomes
English B2+ — written and spoken
What You'll Own
Full-Funnel Growth Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention
Build a marketing hypothesis roadmap — continuous experimentation, always shipping
Establish testing frameworks, scaling rules, and control systems for CPA and ROI
Funnel & Conversion Ownership
Own quiz funnel strategy end-to-end: hypothesis generation, A/B testing, analysis, iteration
Drive subscription conversion and ARPU growth across all key funnels
Build tailored funnel experiences for different audiences and traffic sources
Team Leadership
Lead and grow a team of 4+ Product Marketing Managers
Run 1:1s and performance reviews, and actively develop your people
Identify gaps and recruit additional talent as the business scales
Build a data-led, high-performance marketing culture where bold ideas are tested, not just discussed
Coordinate a cross-functional squad (engineering, analytics, design, PMM) to hit shared KPIs
Reporting & Analytics
Build full-funnel reporting across all channels and traffic sources
Report directly on growth KPIs to leadership
Use data to make fast, smart decisions on budget, creative, and audience strategy
Work with BI tools (Amplitude, Tableau, or equivalent) to surface insights and drive action
